Our shop was opened in 1995 in one of the most frequented parts of Óbuda, district No.3. We sell hand-made persian carpets that we import from Iran ourselves. We select each and every carpet we have, during our regular purchasing trips there. This is one of the most important parts of out job, checking hundreds of pieces of a kind before picking one or two. Our local partners - wholesalers and workshop owners - do work for concluding business with us… |

As is mentioned in the chapter on our shop our main line of activity is selling Iranian hand-made woolen carpets. There is hardly any location in this vast country without carpet weaving. All the cities, villages and nomadic tribes have their own carpets that are unique and characteristic of their place of origin and of their makers. Unique they are in term of colors and design, in terms of the wool itself and also in respect of the technique and quality of weaving. |

As such, hundreds even thousands of persian carpets are in existance, each having it's own personality. We handle a huge variety of these in our shop. |

One can find all the best of Tabriz, Kashan, Mashad, Nain, Mud, Isfahan, Qom, Bijar, Saruk workshop pieces here. There is a permanent place in our offer for Yalameh, Heriz, Abadeh, Turkeman, Sanandaj, Kolyaee, Gholtok, Kordi and other village carpets. |

And we keep all those famous tribal ones: Khaskai, Balooch, Bakhtiar, Shahsavan, Lori. Also we hold a rich collection of gallery size carpets(12 squaremeter and bigger) at all times. When purschasing our carpets in Iran, we pay special attention to finding carpet families, i.e. the same of very similar kinds of various sizes. Our collection is kept on a continously high quality level and - thanks to our own purchasing - at affordable prices. |
